TERMS

C.O.D. (customer check acceptable), CASH (cash, money order, or cashiers check), CASH IN ADVANCE, or 1% 10 Days, Net 30 Days, based upon approved credit. Prompt payment discount applies only to approved Open Account status.

MINIMUM BILLING

All orders must exceed $25.00.

FREIGHT

F.O.B. AXIS PRODUCTS, INC. Elkhart, Indiana. All orders shipped UPS will be subject to a handling charge.

RETURN GOODS

Return merchandise will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number (this number must be referenced on all return paper work). Upon inspection of the returned goods, credit will be issued based on the following terms. AXIS PRODUCTS, INC. will accept the authorized return of goods that are defective, or shipped in error for full credit.

OTHER RETURNS

The original purchase price, less 20% restocking charge, less all freight costs paid by company and less all rework costs incurred in returning goods to their original condition. All freight charges on these returned goods must be prepaid. AXIS PRODUCTS, INC. will not accept the return of any merchandise which is specially fabricated in any way. AXIS PRODUCTS, INC. must be notified of any shortages of product no later than five (5) working days from the date shipment is received.

CAPACITIES & WARRANTIES

Capacities, as stated in this catalog, reflect the standard load ratings as established throughout the industry. The use of these products for other than their intended use for free rolling application, such as driven wheels, power steering, hillside operation and rough terrain, or alterations made to our products without our written approval, may reduce their capacities and void this warranty. LOSS or DAMAGE IN TRANSIT

Our responsibility ceases with delivery to the carrier, at which time title passes to the purchaser, all claims for loss, damage and delay must be made to the carrier by the purchaser. Assistance in the form of shipping document copies is available upon request.

PRICES

Orders are accepted with understanding that the goods will be billed at the price in effect at the time of shipment, unless otherwise specified in quotation.

DELIVERY PROMISE DATES

Any promise dates toward shipment of all or any part of any order, whether given prior to or after placement of said order, are determined to the best of our ability, but in no way guaranteed. AXIS PRODUCTS, INC., therefore, is not indemnitor for any damages, losses, or claims whatsoever due to the inability to meet such promises. All orders received by AXIS PRODUCTS, INC. are an indication that the customer has read, fully understands and accepts all of these CONDITIONS OF SALE.
